Brief Answer:
History suggests chronic inflammation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Dry mouth, red throat, pain in left ear and sinuses suggests infection/ inflammation of the upper respiratory tract.
The history to no response to antibiotics suggests that the infection/ inflammation may be chronic.
When the infection/ inflammation becomes chronic it may not respond to antibiotics.
Is there associated discharge?
If yes then examination of the discharge is required, a culture may also be required with drug sensitivity.
If no discharge is present, then probably you need to consult your ENT specialist for prescription of steroids.
Steroids are helpful to relieve the inflammation in the oral mucosa, sinuses and ear.
However, steroids shaould only taken when prescribed by your doctor.

Thanks and take care
