Question: I'm 5ft8 weigh 258 I take azor for blood pressure I have no errection in morning and my penis about 3 inchs smaller now is there something I can do to get my size and errection back also everytime I urinate I have a discharge I just want to know what to do

Noted your concern. There are some importnat information which is missing. Your age , any history of diabetes ? Smoking/alcohol history ?

Do you get sexual thoughts? How is your libido?

We may have to do some blood tests like Testosterone, LH, Thyroid functons and blood glucose. This willl help us to identify the problem so that a treatment can be suggested.
