Brief Answer:
it might be hormonal imbalance

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.
In my opinion before the setting of menopause there might be hormonal imbalance leading to excess bleeding.
Menopause usually sets between 47 to 50 years of age.Natural delay of menopause is seen in case of good nutrition and health.
Abnormal causes for menopause delay are fibroids, endometrial abnormalities like malignancy etc.
The excess bleeding with clots might have made you anaemic and there by weakness.
So I suggest you to consult gynaecologist and get done the following like;-
1)Hb - to rule out anaemia.
2)Ultrasound- to rule out fibroids or any uterine pathology.
3)D&C - to rule out endometrium abnormalities.
The pain in the leg might be muscular and take ibuprofen tablet, continue hot fomentation and take good rest.If not subsiding you might need a orthopaedic opinion.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
