Brief Answer:
It can be due to lack of salt and calcium

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you are having lack of calcium and vitamin D 3 in your diet that is causing weakness. I have following suggestions for you.
1.take 1000 mg calcium daily and 60000 unit vitamin D 3 per week for six weeks.
2.take plenty of fluids and glucose. Also take salt during exercises. Lack of salt can cause cramping.
3.avoid very cool temperature during exercises.
4.there is some amount of fatigue is due to age. But with good nutrition you can have good amount of energy.
Thanks
