Brief Answer:
Only Vyvanse may not help,

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case with diligence.

Possibility of polyarthritis needs to be considered

Rheumatoid arthritis may involve small joints and early morning stiffness in joints, do you have such symptoms?
Ankylosing spondylitis typically involve spine and hips with other large joint also.

When such patients come to our hospital I advise them blood test like RA factor, ACCP, ESR, complete blood count, HLA B27

Only Vyvanse may not help. You need to consult doctor and after clinical examination and required investigation you can start appropriate treatment.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.

Thank you Dr. XXXXXXX for your advice on the blood tests. Yes, I always wake up very stiff in my back and hips, in fact all over. I have had severe osteoarthritis in my spine, including cervical, spondylitis, scoliosis and degeneration in many vertebrae, for several years. It never made me feel so tired like I am now. I had tests done for dementia as my exhaustion has been causing memory problems, confusion etc. I scored 100% correct answers, so dementia is ruled out. My GP has referred me to some sort of specialist to see if they can find out why I feel so exhausted all the time. I had a Full Blood Count done earlier this year, which showed I'm very healthy. I don't have depression, but I get down at times because I can't do much or function normally anymore. I will see my GP again and ask her to order those specific blood tests you mentioned. She suspects it may be a Neurotransmitter imbalance, especially a Dopamine deficiency. Meanwhile, I'll just keep plodding along until hopefully, I find out what's causing this chronic fatigue.
