Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your blood count is low and you have iron deficiency. So it can be due to iron deficiency anemia. Your colonoscopy and endoscopy is negative. So it rule out many causes of Castro intestinal bleeding.
You should continue your iron and vitamin B12 supplement.
It takes long time to correct hemoglobin aftervoral iron therapy. So just continue your treatment.
