What Causes Fever And High BP Post Trauma?
Possibly some infection/Please undergo a physical examination.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
It is likely an infection in your body which is causing fever. The cause of concern is that CNS(nervous system) infection should be ruled out at the earliest because it has a grave prognosis,if not detected and treated early.Further,Whether hematoma resolved fully or the clotted blood is getting infectious-it needs to be documented and ruled out.Otherwise, there can be other causes of fever as well like viral fever, urine infection or some other blood infection.
Bottomline,CNS infection must be ruled out.Urgent physical examination is required.
If you have no further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
