What Causes Foggy Blocked Right Ear?

Question: i feel out of it head is foggy right ear doesn't hurt but seems like it clogged what should i do i do not like doctors should i try med clinic at cvs pharmacy or is there something i should take i do get anxiety a lot which i take XXXXXXX life supplements which seems to help me

If a patient with this history come to my clinic I would ask him few more questions like; Does he have any ear discharge? Does he have any symptoms of stuffy nose? Was there any history of air travel? Does he have reduced hearing? Does he have tinnitus, dizziness, if yes, whats its nature? It would beneficial l for us to comment on your condition if I have answers for all these questions. If you cannot answer it, then you can take some decongestants twice a day for 3 to 5 days.do steam inhalation. Continue your XXXXXXX life supplements. Regards,
