What Causes Frequent Bowel Movements?
Question: I am experiencing frequent bowel movements and feeling like i need to have a bm almost all day. The stool is soft and the size of my little finger and often has ridges in it. I feel that I need to strain to get it out. I am a 61 year old female and had a colonoscopy at the age of 54 that was normal. No bleeding other than when my hemorrhoids flair up.
