Question: I have frequent cramping mostly after I eat. Stools are narrow. The last 2 blood mobiles my iron count was a little over 12 and its alwasy been 14 or higher. My stools are kind of dark. Am consipaded first thing in the morning.I also have hemroids, could these cause the cramps?

I go to the bathroom at least 4 times a day. Can not seem to get it done at one or 2 times, always small amounts. When stool is flushed a little cloud comes off. My lower track sees to make more noise than it use to. Had a colon check 4 years ago, am do next year. My mother died of colon cancer.

Brief Answer:
Colonoscopy has to be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Unfortunately you are having symptoms of colon cancer. Hemorrhoids can not give this symptoms.
Low iron is due to bleeding from the tumor. Narrow stools appear when tumor narrows the intestine. Cramps are sign of partial bowels obstruction.

Please do not wait with it any longer. Colonoscopy has to be done as soon as possible.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
