What Causes Frequent Urination And Painful Lump In Lower Abdomen?

Question: Hello, I have had frequent urination and urgency for abt 4-5months now.. No pain, burning or discharge, just peeing very very often(small amounts). I Took an at Home UTI test, results read that I could possibly have one so I went to the local clinic and got a second opinion and they said my urine was fine..they gave me nothing..now, within the past 2-3months, I've noticed a ' lump ' in my lower abdomen..while standing, its not really visible but when I lie down, it looks as though I'm about 2-3months pregnant! It isn't very painful, just lots of pressure and it's uncomfortable for me to lay on my stomach or have sex! I got my pap done and a pelvic exam last Friday and the Dr said the lump is " quite weird " and gave me a prescription to get a pelvic ultrasound soon.. I have no insurance ! I've been googling symptoms and I'm quite paranoid now! I've had surgery for ectopic pregnancy in 2010 and I learned then that I had small cysts so I'm thinking maybe they've grown?? I am wondering if this sound urgent enough that I should drop everything and go to the ER instead? Please Help!!!

- I Have more " pressure " than pain in the area.. It is sharp at times, but doesn't last very long.. The lump is visible.. I am 25, with a 4yr old daughter, I am not married but have been monogamous for over 2 years with her father ! Ovarian cancer and fibroids does run in my family..my mother passed away from it in 2003! I was on depo shot in 2008 &` 2014..but it gave me too many complications, so I stopped..
Brief Answer:
Lump need to be investigated
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for the information.I understand your concern.
In my opinion the family history of carcinoma seems more important.
The ectopic pregnancy might not be that significant.
The lump might be causing the pressure feeling.
So the lump or mass need to be thoroughly investigated.
Ultrasound should be done to know the type of mass and if any ovarian mass is found then the evaluation of tumor markers like CA125,CEA etc need to be done.
There might also be a possibility that the cysts which you had previously might have grown.
It is not necessary to rush to ER but get the radiological investigation like ultrasound as soon as possible.
Dont panic.Relax.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
