What Causes Headache And Nausea?
Most likely a severe migraine attack.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms and the most probable diagnosis is migraine. I have noted that you have no past history of migraines.
As of now, you can take better pain killers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac tablets. If headache does not subside, you may take sumatriptan or rizatriptan tablets.
If headache persists despite that, then, it would be better to proceed for a brain scan.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,
