What Causes Headache In The Evening?

Question: Hi,
Since last 3 days I am having headache at a particular time of the day. This headache starts around evening and continue until night. In the morning I do not feel any headache. Could you please let me know what is the problem and how is can be cured?

I have noted your symptoms and the most likely cause is muscle tension headache. Since it is new symptom, you could take symptomatic treatment to relieve the pain, such as Naproxen 500 mg as and when you get headache.

If the headache persists for a few weeks, then, you may require detailed evaluation such as brain scan to find out any other causes.
