What Causes Heavy Continuous Period Bleeding Even After Camrese Usage?
Question: Hello, I'm currently taking Camrese and have 3 weeks to go before the week of yellow pills. My problem is I've been bleeding for over 2 weeks now and it's getting heavier and it was my understanding that I would not expect any bleeding until the last week. Can someone explain?

Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
When have you started Camrese ?
If you are bleeding now, it means that the pill is not right for you, you need something with a higher dosage content.
On the other hand, it could be to fibroids, hormonal disturbance etc.
Were you prescribed the pills for some problem such as heavy periods, or is it being used as a contraceptive ?
Please do write back so that I can guide you accordingly.
Take care.

Hi,
I think the pills have failed to control the bleeding, and your fibroids are acting up again.
You need a stronger pill.
Please consult your doctor and ask for a change of prescription.
Take care.
