Question: My girlfriend started snoring loud, and foaming at the mouth with her eyes rolling to the back of her head

Please call for an ambulance to get her to the ER as what you are describing sounds like she is having a seizure. In the meantime, stay with her and make sure she does not lose her airway and is able to continue breathing.
