Brief Answer:
Blood in urine is from the prostate and not from urinating at public toilet

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query based on the facts that you have posted you have kidney stones and Enlarged prostate and getting blood in urine (Hematuria) frequently .

Kidney stones that you have are secondary stones due to enlarged prostate .
Hematuria is from the rupture of superficial veins on the surface of congested enlarged prostate and needs to be evaluated

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis with specific mention od post void residual urine .
3) Serum PSA.

Hematuria in a patient with Enlarged Prostate is an alarming signal for active intervention .

I would suggest you to go for endoscopic surgery of (TURP) for removal of prostate
This is a gold standard surgery practiced all over the world to resect enlarged prostate and helps to resolve the problem for forever and improves quality of life at this age .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

You should not replace Veltam

Hello
Thanks for follow up .

Veltam is very important drug in enlarged prostate which helps to improve urine flow .It should not be replaced or stopped .
