Some basic tests can be taken

Hi
Thanks for your query at HealthcareMagic.
Diurnal heart rate variability is a normal phenomenon. It also varies with level of activity. For example when you are running on a treadmill heart rate can increase upto 190/min without causing any problems. It also varies with meals, noise, room and body temperature, humidity, rest, sleep. That is normal.
Still you can get some basic tests like CBC, thyroid profile, lipid profile, kidney function tests, liver function tests, ECG etc.
I think in your case its normal physiological heart rate variation.
