What Causes Impaired Vision, Dizziness, Nausea And Headache?

Question: A couple of hours ago, My vision becam significantly impaired. I was seeing bright lights in the center of my field of vision, as if I had looked directly at the sun. I've never had a migraine like this before. I have high blood pressure.
How can I rule out transient ischaemic attack as the situation?
Did my follow-up question go through? How can I rule out TIA?

Brief Answer:
Get examined and evaluated by a neurologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Transient ischaemic attacks are diagnosed based on history and associated risk factors for such a condition.
You can get eye examination for fundus visualization.
Brain imaging should be done in case of associated risk factors of stroke like diabetes, hypertension, previous TIA or stroke, cardiac illness.
Single episode of headache with preceding visual aura may be due to migraine too.
Get examined by a neurologist for further work up.
