What Causes Inability To Move Right Leg With Normal BP In Old Age?

Question: My grand mother recently lost her balance and fell off.
She lives in a village, early that morning she woke up and did the clean up of the house. When she felt she was unable to stand properly she returned to her bed, by the time she reached her bed she totally lost control of her legs and was unable to move both the legs and fell off, luckily on her bed avoiding serious injuries.
This happened early Monday morning. She was seen by a physician(RMP) who was available in the village. He gave her glucose alone and no other medicine. He said it could be because of low blood pressure. However when checked her BP was normal.
Current condition: She is able to feel sense in both the legs however she is unable to move her right leg.
My question is which specialty should I consult for further treatment?
I am planning to take her to a orthopedic.
Is this common at old age?
She is around 80 years old and does not have any health complaints other than common cold once or twice a year. She walks and talks perfect. From three years she complains she cannot hear low sound properly. She has good eye sight, not obese, not too lean. She looks healthy and strong. From few months it was noticed that she is suffering from constipation.
Please let me know if I need to provide more information.

Brief Answer:
Semi paralysis or Transient Ischemic attack
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your grandmother had suffered a stroke or semi paralysis with whatever you explained here. She needs to be under Neurologist care for sometime. The stroke can progress further if care is not taken. The medicines can be attempted to stop the progression. So you should consult neurologist not Orthopedic surgeon.
This is expected in this old age and this appears to involve minor part of her brain. That means the blood supply to part of the brain is compromised. It is difficult to predict how would the condition behave at this age.
Please seek early appointment to avoid mishap.
