What Causes Indigestion, Severe Bloating And Stomach Pain?

Question: I am having digestive problems for about a month and no signs of changing. My first sign of a problem was eating half sized meals and becoming uncomfortably full or bloated. My stomach was a bubble and taking too long to return to normal. Meals that I would normally devour I cannot finish due to extremely full and bloated stomach. As far as bowel movements, not much going on there. Just about all my bowel movements are in the morning, maybe a rare one evening or night but very seldom. The mornings consist of 3, 4 or 5 bowel movents which can take up to 3 hours possibly longer. Stomach is always queasy during morning hours along with gurgling or various sounds during bowel movements. Bowel movements do not consist of much, several small pieces on the first and that continues for the others except for smaller amount discharged. Color is normal no blood whatsoever. I have gone to my County health department and they have taken two seperate blood tests and a form of a stool sample. I had to place a small smear on a card for three days. They have found nothing wrong with any test. Took nexium for roughly five days and stopped that. Took senekot twice in the last five nights. Drinking metamucil for the last five or six days as well as stayed away from dairy for past five days. No changes have occured through this period. As the day goes on I feel somewhat okay , other than my stomach feeling full and definitely looking full. Not much pain accompanied with this, mornings are not good as I have to wait a few hours for these small bowel movements to take place. This cannot continue, please help.

Endoscopy was not done, I had two different blood tests done and unsure about glucose and thyroid test. I will have these answers tomorrow. This does not wake me up at night and definitely no weight loss, I have gained weight and eating smaller portions. Just seems like food is simply not being processed properly. Stomach remains full on small amounts. I will get the rest of the information tomorrow.
Thank you
Unsure if this is related at all to my issue but I had my spleen removed about thirty years ago.
Hopefully you haven't forgot about me. Wondering if my splenectomy 30 years ago is related. My blood glucose was 93 which they claim is normal and my thyroid function test was 1.160
Cannot seem to get the stomach bloating down. I did however have the best bowel movement I have had in a month. I am eating very little until dinner and drinking the metamucil.
Thank you

Well the Librax is out because it costs $ 3,000 dollars. I am for the first time in over a month seeing big signs of improvement. I am having larger bowel movements and even in the afternoon or evening. My stomach which always felt full and looked like a bubble has reduced and I am now starting to get hungry again. But I am still getting discomfort at the belt line, usually in the morning. Even though I am emptying out more I am still having several bowel movements in the morning. This is definitely preventing me from getting out the door. These are big signs of improvement. I have added the nexium back into the mix along with metamucil and plenty of water and staying away from damaging foods.
