Brief Answer:
better to take him to Er

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Headache with vomiting after a fall even if your son says if he hadn't hurt his head warrants a medical examination and scanning if required.
This is to rule out any intracranial injury.
It is better to take him to Er without any delay.
Continue acetaminophen meanwhile for headache till you consult him.
I do hope he recovers soon
Wishing your son good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
