she had slight fever on those two days as well
Brief Answer:
please give some more information
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Irregular bleeding can be due to many causes like hormonal disturbances, local lesions in cervix or vagina or pregnancy.
I would like to have the information about her last menstrual period date, regularity of previous menstrual cycles, whether she is on any medication and whether she is sexually active.
Please do get back to me with the information, if feasible.
Wishing you both good health.

Dr Deepti Verma

Hi
Doc
Thanks for your valuable answer ,her menstrual cycles have been normal like between 24 to 28 days, last month she had it on 15 th and yesterday it has started again .
She recently visited physician for sleep ,she is not able to sleep properly.
but the bleeding was a day before that, she not sexually very active ,we do it just 4days a month but at times these 4 or 5 days are continuous.
is it something serious??
also she had cysts on both ovary or what ever that is called .
we dont have any idea if she has it now or not.

Brief Answer:
medical illness to be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, thanks for responding. If she had got her periods properly yesterday, then there is not much to worry about her menstrual cycle. However, fever, not able to sleep and tiredness can be because of viral infection, or any other medical condition which should be investigated for.The cyst on the ovaries if very large in size cause problems, otherwise mostly they are asymptomatic.
She should get a repeat ultrasound to assess the size and nature of cyst.
I would suggest her to consult a physician to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
