Hi,

In few pregnant ladies, nabothian cysts are formed on cervix. These are few skin cells entangled in glands lining cervix / uterus. But such bumps are found by gynecologist during 1st pregnancy check up. They can occur without pregnancy also. So they are not diagnostic for pregnancy. If you are a week late in your periods, you can go for home pregnancy test to detect pregnancy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
