What Causes Irritation In Mouth And Infected Gums?

Question: Hi i have a really annoying ache and irritation in my mouth my tooth is growing outta line too i think its infected can i take ciproflaxin to treat this? Thanks

According to the image which you have attached herewith, it looks that the gums in relation to that tooth, is infected .that is why the gums are going down, it is called as periodontitis. Hi i have had movement in this tooth for a while but im getting a numb tip of my tongue and the bottom of my jaw is feeling numb now too and i have a lot of pressure around side of my jaw and sinuses/ cheakbones. Could the infection and movement in my tooth be causing this. Please let me know thanks

As I have mentioned that you may have periodontitis, in severe conditions of periodontitis tooth become mobile also. And even the infection might be spreading to the apical region which is creating pressure on the nerve, that is why you are feeling numbness on tip of tongue and jaw.
