If these drugs are not available, most of the cough / cold remedies contains some antihistamines and can offer some relief - let me know the exact name of any preparations you are having, so that I can advise proper dosage.

Meanwhile, note that dengue fever needs adequate bed rest, proper hydration, and a light diet rich in fruits and veges for speedy recovery.
