Brief Answer:
Not menstrual symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
These symptoms seem to be unrelated to menstrual symptoms
Tingling in C section scar and in vagina can be due to hormonal imbalance in the menopause.
Itchy breast needs to be examined and investigated by a dermatologist.
Do not worry about the periods, these will not restart in your case.
