Brief Answer:
try climax delay or long last condoms, rule out UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.

Masturbation is completely safe and does not result in any sexual inadequacy either now nor in the future sex lives.

Most cases of premature ejaculation do not have a clear cause.
Premature ejaculation may occur with a new partner, only in certain sexual situations, or if it has been a long time since the last ejaculation. Psychological factors such as anxiety, guilt, or depression can cause premature ejaculation.
In many cases premature ejaculation resolves on its own over time without the need for medical treatment. Practicing relaxation techniques or using distraction methods may help you delay ejaculation.
Stopping or cutting down on the use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs may improve the ability to control ejaculation.

You can also try long last or climax delay condoms and see if it helps. It is also better to rule out urinary tract infection, so would suggest you to go for urine routine examination, and also drink plenty of fluids.

Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,

I have tried last long/climax delay condoms but they couldn't help much. What about duralast or sertraline? I am more concerned about lack of pleasure at orgasm that I feel so little in comparison to before. Is it some problem with nerve signals that goes to brain? Do you think I need some kind of checkups? Can it be cuz of mild depression? What should I do about the problem with pee that leaks few drops just after peeing if I sit or bend, but it hapens only once after peeing. Is it something to do with prostate? Are these two problems inter related, lack of pleasure and leaking few drops of pee?
