Brief Answer:
Neurological examination/Brain CT/MRI

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

On basis of clinical history of sudden onset left sided(including body and face) paresthesias, which now are on improving course, stroke appears to be the most likely possibility.
You may have to undergo a brain imaging like Brain MRI.

For now,I suggest you to get yourself examined by a neurologist,so that anything abnormal on examination can be detected, further strengthening the approach to your diagnosis and treatment.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.

If that's for the day, please get back to me in case you have any query in future.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
