Brief Answer:
You have slightly high blood pressure.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have mild hypertension. You have only slightly high blood pressure.
Your ecg and echocardiogram is normal.
So no need to big worry. Just be relaxed.

Your urine test, creatinine, sugar all are normal.

You have just slightly high hemoglobin and rbc level. You should go for repeat complete blood count after a month.

For your hypertension you should take salt restricted diet and go for regular exercise. You should take antihypertensive medicine like losartan or telmesartan according to need.

It is prescription based medicine so you should take on prescription of your treating doctor.

You should go for vit b12 and vit D level. If you have deficiency of any of these vitamins then you should take supplements.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
I start antihypertensive drugs after implementing diet and life style changes...

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear

I do not start antihypertensive drugs directly. You should take salt restricted diet. Go for regular exercise. Measures your blood pressure after 15 days interval for 2 to 3 times. If your blood pressure is not controlled by diet and exercise then only you need anti hypertensive medicine.

You can start losartan or metoprolol. Both drugs are used to control blood pressure.

Choice of antihypertensive medicine depends on many factors.

So if needed you can start medicine.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
