Brief Answer:
Developmental therapy needed
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. It is quite apparent (irrespective of the underlying cause) that your child has a developmental delay. She therefore needs a proper developmental therapy in order to facilitate her to reach the milestones one after the other. You need to get in touch with some centre dealing with child development and a developmental therapist or a physical therapist would be able to demonstrate the right exercises for your child.
Let me know if I could help further.
