If your partner has >50% motile sperm, you should be able to conceive. After which, your OBGYN will have to be extra cautious with possible progesterone supplementation, evaluation for a short cervix and other common causes for miscarriage, to help you keep your pregnancy.

What Is The Treatment For Infertility In Men?
Hello, If your partner has 50% motile sperm, you should be able to conceive. After which, your OBGYN will have to be extra cautious with possible progesterone supplementation, evaluation for a short cervix and other common causes for miscarriage, to help you keep your pregnancy. If it is not easy for you to conceive at this point, you can try some artificial reproductive methods like intrauterine insemination or intracytoplasmic sperm injection with embryo transfer. Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan, General & Family Physician
