Hello and welcome.
Thanks for sharing your concern.

First of all please be sure that it is not cancer because cancer has very different signs and symptoms, from that you are experiencing at present.

Now please provide me few details to answer better in this regard.
1.Although it doesnot hurt, but do you find any kind of problem in speech or interference, then please mention.?

2.what is the time gap between the appearance of first and second lump?

3.Do you have/had any problems related to teeth like decay or bleeding, please mention?

4.In past six months did you take any medication for long or short period?

5.Please attach an image of the lesion here for view,if possible.
Awaiting response.
Thanks.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
palatal XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for reply.
After seeing the image it appears to be tiny palatal XXXXXXX That means they are very small bony structures which appears in the hard palate in late thirty.

you can simply keep a watch on them and please do not get worried about them.
They will attend their shape and then regress on their own in many cases.

In case you find any pain or sensitivity or interference in speech only then you can think of getting them removed surgically else not required.
They are self correcting in nature and they are not cancer.

Hope it helps.
Please let me know for further doubts.
Thanks.
Take care.
