Question : My son who is handicapped has developed a lump under his chin where his beard grows. He had it in the past a few times but I put alcohol on it and kept him shaved and it went away. He is 41years old and the lump does not cause pain to him but it looks like another small one has developed right next to the first one the lumps are small and soft to the touch.

These lumps could be boil or a cystic acne or sebaceous cyst.
I would appreciate if you could upload an image of the lesion so that I can suggest appropriate diagnosis based treatment as treatment varies in all these conditions.
