Brief Answer:
Need evaluation for correct diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for writing to us.

The possible conditions that can cause such a pain are musculoskeletal pain (myalgia or sacro-iliac arthralgia), urinary tract infection and ureteric colic from calculus.
Other possibilities like ovarian pathologies are rare.

Do you have any other symptoms like burning sensation while passing urine?
Do you have any history of renal stones?

Pain increasing on twisting/bending is more in favor of musculoskeletal pain.

To confirm the diagnosis, we need a local examination followed by some investigations like an x-ray LS pine, urine routine examination and sometimes an USG abdomen.
While musculoskeletal pain need only rest and analgesics for few days, UTI and calculus need antibiotics and maintaining good hydration too.
So kindly see your doctor for evaluation and treatment accordingly.

Meanwhile, you can continue taking analgesics (ibuprofen 400 mg thrice daily after food; if needed add acetaminophen 500 mg thrice daily). Also, drink plenty of oral fluids.
