What Causes Missed Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?

Question: Am i pregnant? Im one month late . Took 3 pregnancy test All negative.

Thanks for writing to us.

I can understand your concern.

If pregnancy test is negative after 1 month of your missed period date then there is no chance of pregnancy.

There are so many causes for delayed menses other then pregnancy.

Most common causes are hormonal imbalance, Thyroid disorder,stress, sudden weight changes, PCOD,stress, pills and infection.

If you will not resume your period in seven days, go and consult with a gynaecologist and get yourself examined and rule out above mentioned cause.

Thanks . And well yess ive been going through some stress at home and was taking some weight loss pills but stopped.. so maybe that's the reason? So in your point of view you dont think im pregnant?

Sorry its cause im getting married in September and well my parents will cancel everything if i end up pregnant..

So please do not take any stress.

Yes, you are not pregnant in my opinion.

For more confirmation you can go for ultrasound pelvis( to reduce your stress).

You can take medicine for withdrawal bleeding after that.
