What Causes Muscle Aches After Taking Crestor?

Question: i took crestor 10 mp for 8 weeks i stopped it one week ago i suffered from legs feet hands thies shoulders fingers neck pain is for seconds and mild burns for seconds pain is mild i walk with pain mild i feet and toes thies and arms are a little tired i was sweating for seconds i am very afraid am i in high risk you think i will get better

It is possible that you have body pains and myalgia (muscle aches) as a side effect of Crestor (a statin). The symptoms would improve on stopping the drug.

You can do a blood test such as serum CPK to assess the extent of muscle injury, if any, due to the medication.

i read ur ans i am worried because the burns that dont stay and the vibration i have sometimes i have in shoulder or ihave on right and left of my back and sweating for seconds twice yesterday and what if cpk is high i am in risk

does burns show that nerve is damaged yesterday was sixth day after stoping the burns were more frequent yesterday i have weak pins very little in different places not so frequent could my anxiety increase burns

i read that anxiety could cause burns and i am very anxious couid it be the case

vitamin b12 and b1 and amino acid and alpha lipoic acid are good supplements
