Dyspepsia
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I am Dr.Barani and I am pleased to assist you.
You are having dyspeptic symptoms.
An upper GI endoscopy may be done to find the cause.
Sometimes it may be functional.
As long as there is no blood vomiting and there is no weight loss, there is no need to worry.
You can take omeprazole and zofran for relief.
I hope that answers your query.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.Barani
