Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,
I would like to know a few things from you before trying to make a diagnosis.
Was the delivery uneventful?
Did you have excessive bleeding post delivery?
Were you able to Breast feed and for how long?
Any other signs like absence of periods?
Weight loss or gain?
The main thing to rule out is post delivery bleeding causing premature ovarian failure.
But before any treatment, it is necessary to ascertain the cause.
If very troublesome please go for FSH, TSH, and Prolactin levels study
Avoid alcohol tobacco and drugs(if you take at all)
Hope this helps.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
get FSH levels done.
Detailed Answer:
Sometimes excessive bleeding after birth can affect hormones and cause a decrease in them leading to night sweats, absence of periods, excessive fatigue, hair loss.
You should get FSH levels done to check if your ovarian function is fine.
Hope this helps.
