Dear XXXX, Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for posting your query on Health care magic.
I really appreciate your concern for your brother Saif Islam.
After having gone through the uploaded results of MRI studies done on XXXXXXX 6, 2015 and November 28, 2015 and the history given in your query, your brother seems to have developed symptoms suggestive of ischemic attack involving his brain with the possibility of ?thrombosis to be ruled out. I would therefore advise you to consult a neurologist for further evaluation which may need a repeat CT or MRI scan, ECG, and certain blood tests.
Hope the suggestion given would be useful in getting him proper care at the earliest.
If you have any follow up query, please feel free to ask.
Best regards.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Thanks for your reply.
He needs to be examined by a neurologist and routine blood tests such as blood glucose, lipid profile and possibly a CT scan.
Hope I could answer your query.
Best wishes.
He needs to take "blood thinners" to prevent thrombosis.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX, Hi
Thanks for your reply. Noted the report of the MRI scan done on March 9, 2016.
Since he had a sudden attack of numbness, he needs to take blood thinner like low dose Aspirin ('baby Aspirin') to prevent the thrombosis (clot) in the blood vessels.
If his cholesterol level is high, he needs to take cholesterol lowering medication like Statin.
However, for proper clinical evaluation he is advised to consult a neurologist.
Hope the advice given would be useful in getting him treated after clinical examination.
Best regards.
