What Causes Numbness In Hands And Feet?

Question: I'm experienced numbness in my hands and feet and also in my scalp. Seems to occur most frequently when I am seated at my desk or in the car. Sometimes occurs during my yoga practice. Some bruising (unexplained) to my legs. 59 years old, overall good health, menpausal. Not a B-12 deficiency.

Numbness is a sensory phenomena with decreased sensation over body part.
This is usually continuous and not episodic. such finding requires evaluation for neuropathy.
Episodic numbness may be due to stress or seizures if it is unilateral in location.
You should provide more details regarding your diseases like onset duration, weakness any other illness, loss of consciousness, seizures, neck pain.
