Keep under observation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Lskastein,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,
I would have told you that please observe for a couple of hours and if the numbness in your hand still persists, please get yourself examined by a physician.
If it is a transient nerve compression,it should improve after sometime with change of position of limb. However,if it is a nerve palsy, the symptoms will persist.

If the symptoms persist, you may have to undergo nerve conduction studies.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have some follow-up questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread-rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
