Will Weekly Injections Of Methyprednisolone For 12 Weeks Correct The Problem Of Left 6th Nerve Palsy ?

Hi, I m currently having injections of Methyprednisolone weekly for 12 wks. Have had 4 wks of 1gram, next will be 750 for 4 wks then 500mg for the last 4 wks. This is for left 6th nerve palsy . Will this medication correct the actual problem or will my eye and sight stay the same as it is now? Thanks for your time.
