Brief Answer:
Several possibilities.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Those symptoms you describe are not specific, meaning that there may be due to many different causes.

One possibility is low blood pressure which would be easily verifiable through a simple measurement.

If that is not the case then a metabolic cause should be sought, such as electrolyte alterations, altered liver and kidney function, low blood sugar etc.

A hormonal cause such as alterations in thyroid function may also manifest with such symptoms.

For that reason some routine blood tests such as blood count, blood glucose, liver and kidney function, electrolyte panel, thyroid function are advised if the symptoms persist.

If everything results normal then last (but perhaps most common) the possibility of anxiety should be considered. It can manifest with all the above symptoms and it is even more common in women your age due to the related hormonal changes.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
