I have gone through your query and understand your concern. To help you better please tell me-
1.Do you have chronic disease like Diabetes ?
2.Is the pain is radiating in nature from lower back to foot?
3.The reason for back surgeries ? MRI reports ?
Meanwhile my suggestion is to have lower back exercises under physiotherapist guidance, vitamin B12 (shots/pills ),drug pregablin for cramping along with Ibuprofen and muscle relaxant drug thiocolchicoside.Get it prescribed from your local doctor.
