Brief Answer:
most probably costochondritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Female/27 - discomfort - right last rib - more so on lying down - blood, X-ray chest and Ultrasonography done.
Seen and read the reports, read the history and understood your concerns.

My thoughts:
This looks to be costochondritis of the painful rib as the reports are all within normal limits, the discomfort is increases when lying on stomach.

You may please do the following things and let me know:
- Press on the specific point or area and let me know whether the pain increases or not?
- Whether there is local swelling palpable?
- Is there any crackling you feel on deep respiration?
- Any history of trauma?

I would advise you the following:
- Give rest to the part. This is possible by taking rest, avoid all those activities that put a strain on the chest and the abdomen like lifting weights and so on.
- Local hot fomentation.
- Since Hifenac MR is not giving you any relief, it is better to take simpler anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen after food, if this suits you.
If required strapping of the area can be done in exhaled position so that the area gets rest and time to heal faster.
If nothing works, discuss this with your Doctor to get a short course of oral steroids. You need a Prescription.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

It pains only on applying pressure. Normal touch seems fine. No pain on deep breath or coughing. No possible trauma but I have a kid who keeps moving in his sleep. So he might have kicked in his sleep although I don't remember any injury or swelling. It has been on and off for past 3 months.
