Brief Answer:
Go to nearest Hospital and get an ekg done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
I am Dr. Mody and I would be addressing your concern.
Just based on your age of 64 years and considering that the pain occurred during rest , It is safest that you go to nearest hospital and Get and ekg done. If there is associated sweating , difficulty in breathing or palpitation and you are alone , activate EMS.
Though just based on your symptom , I may not be able to tell you whether the pain you are feeling is cardiac or not but , Ruling it out , should be ideal .
A simple ekg may help you decide about the same.
Regards Dr. Mody
