Question: I have neck pain and numbness and pain in left thump. sharp pins and needles pain if i grab something or reach to grasp something with my left hand. My wrist and forearm are numb as well

1.You need to take Pregabalin M at night time.
2.Start physiotherapy and intermittent cervical traction exercise.
3.Avoid keeping neck in same position for long time.
4.Avoid using very high pillow.
