Brief Answer:
I will recommend you take Motrin with Omeprazole

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to health care magic, I have seen the picture. The swelling is not too much, but since it hurts, the cause can be two--
It could be a problem with your teeth.
Or it could be mumps which is a viral infection affecting the salivary glands.
I will suggest you take something like Motrin with Omeprazole for a day.
If not better, I will recommend you see a doctor to rule out dental problem/mumps/anything else.
Please revert back.
