Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.
From what you are describing seems like may be a callus there.
Also, it may be an abscess or any other lesion.
Have you hit your toe lately ?
For how long have you had this pain ?
Have you tried anything to make it better? What makes it worse ?
Do you have any chronic problem like diabetes or other conditions ?
Please upload a photo of anything its visible in your foot. You can simply upload/attach it at the reports section
Looking forward to your follow up question.
Regards,
Dr. Papaqako

Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up question.
I saw carefully your photos, but I cant see the area under the toes which its painful as you describe.
What I wanted to rule out is if it is some kind of cellulitis (inflamation of the cells, red, very painful, spreads) and would would need antibiotics. Also I am thinking of an abscess (accumulation of pus in that area, you would feel a painful lump, bulging).
If you don't think its any of these above (because you see it better from close view) then it maybe is just a tissue inflamation after the swelling going down.
I would advice to apply some ice on it, take a painkiller for the pain.
If worse or not better, feel free to follow up with me or see a local doctor.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
Otherwise please kindly close and rate the answer.
