What Causes Pain And Tightness In Foreskin?
Question: Hi doc i am uncircumcised and feel a bit pain and tightness on my foreskin when i pull it down i am 25 yrs of age

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have difficulty in retraction of foreskin over glans penis.
This is due to what is called as Partial Phimosis.

1) Are you able to retract foreskin completely over glans penis on erection ?
2) Are you married and have difficulty in having penetrative intra vaginal sex ?

Ans to 1 is yes i am able to completely retract over the glands on erection but cant have sex in that condition as it pains as it is stretched further and i am unmarried
